The cut-off list for admission to Delhi University’s merit-based undergraduate programmes 2018 is out. If the student clears the cutoff, the applicant should first log on the online admission portal and select the college and programme they want, and then take a printout of the registration form. The applicant should then proceed to the college, with all the documents required, and get them verified. Following are the documents required at the time of admission:
- MARK SHEET CLASS X AND XII
A self-attested Copy of both Class 10 & 12 marksheet is mandatory. Do keep a photocopy of each .
- PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS
Carry at least three standard size (2-inch x 2 inches) scanned photos . It always comes handy keeping some extra passport size photos for form filling .
- CLASS X & XII BOARD EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE (ORIGINAL)
This is a prerequisite of every college and mandatory for most of them .
- SCHOOL CHARACTER CERTIFICATE
It is often required to submit your school character certificate . Make sure to do this homework before heading for college admissions .
- PERMANENT ADDRESS PROOF
Aadhar Card is preferably the best-suited proof and doesn’t forget to carry scanned copies of the same .
- ONLINE COLLEGE ADMISSION FORMS (PRINT OUTS)
Forms filled up before leaving your home can save you a lot of time as well as quicken up the entire process and you can avoid undue waiting in line. Make sure you download the forms from the college website you want to apply to. Nowadays forms are easily accessible on the web and hence being informative and prepared beforehand goes a long way toward getting things done easier.
- SCANNED COPY OF SIGNATURE
Carry your signed copies which has again become one of the mandatory things to carry along.
- TRANSFER CERTIFICATE FROM SCHOOL (IF ANY)
In case you have had a school or a college transfer, then you need to have proof for the same. Please make sure to get these along.
- OBC/SC/ST CERTIFICATE ( IF APPLICABLE)
For any special division in the Delhi university admission process , you require certificates. Hence, if you are applying for OBC or SC/ST category do keep your proof certificates along.
- SPORTS/ECA QUOTA CERTIFICATE
