CBSE and IIT Gandhinagar introduce Eklavya online series for New Education Policy 2020. Its registration process was started on 10 September 2021.

The objective of starting the Eklavya online series in school is to describe the NEP 2020 goals. Moreover, it will help to educate students and teachers on how to execute NEP effectively. CBSE stated, “The aim is to incorporate creativity, understanding concepts and learning how to learn in students.”

The series of educational programs will include models, projects, activities. Consequently, it will help students to comprehend difficult concepts effortlessly. Besides, the content will also include eliciting questions and do-it-yourself (DIY) videos that will increase learners’ engagement.

According to the Central Board of Secondary Education, the series will mostly comprise Science and Mathematics topics of 6 to 12. The YouTube page CCL IITGN will also broadcast live sessions or episodes.

Further, CBSE urged all the school principals to encourage teachers for enrollment. If teachers complete the course successfully with homework then, it becomes equivalent to 30 hours of teacher training. 

EKLAVYA SERIES WILL RELEASE THE FIRST EPISODE ON 26 SEPT

The first episode of the Eklavya series will be on Neeraj Chopra, a gold medalist. Moreover, the first episode will also include Newton’s laws of motion.

The registration process started on 10 September and it is mandatory in school. The students from classes 6 to 12 can register free of cost. However, the cost of complete course participation and competency certificates will be 100 Rs and tax included.
