Delhi University Teachers Association, DUTA came up with an idea to organize a relay strike. DUTA will organize a relay strike against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi Government to release inadequate funds for six colleges. It did not release any kind of funds for the other six colleges that are under audit.

FUNDS WILL COVER ONLY PENDING SALARIES
On 22 September, 2020 Delhi Government released funds for six fully funded DU colleges. Those colleges are not undergoing any audit. Teachers said that the funds that the Delhi Government released are not sufficient and they will cover only pending salaries till the month of July.
US FRATERNITY WILL CANCEL CLASSES AS A PART OF STRIKE
Consequently, fifteen colleges that are under the US fraternity will cancel the classes as a part of a cluster-wise strike. So, the cluster-wise strike will begin today on 28 September and end on 1 October.
DUTA WILL OBSERVE SATYAGRAHA ON FIRST TWO DAYS
The President of DUTA Rajib Ray contended that there is a certain limit to what DU teachers will tolerate. DUTA President said that on the first two days of the cluster-wise strike, they will observe the Satyagraha.
He said that the association does not want to discontinue the teaching-learning process, but this is the least they can do in order to fight for their rights.
