DU UG First Spot Round: In the first Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) spot round, nearly 8,600 seats have been allocated to candidates. Moreover, students are not allowed to upgrade or withdraw their seats during the first spot round of admissions.

Further, from a total of 8,692 allocated seats, 6,030 candidates have been accepted. Also, 349 admissions have been done under this DU UG first spot round. The varsity released the first spot-round admission list on 23 November, Wednesday.

The total number of students admitted to Delhi University through a first, second, and third round of seat allocation is 58,883 to various UG programs. Clearly, around 14,000 seats are still vacant in the university for the academic session 2022-23. The total number of seats in DU for undergraduate programs and disciplines is 70,000.

DU UG First Spot Round: Last date to accept the allocated seats
The candidates can check the list and accept the seat on the website of DU admission i.e., admission.uod.ac.in. Candidates can accept the seats only by 26 November (4:59 PM). Then the last date to make the fee payment is 27 November.

Moreover, the varsity has made this mandatory for students to take admission to the allocated seats in the 1st spot round. In case students didn’t accept the seat then they will lose eligibility to take admission and from CSAS.

Around 26,000 students have applied for the Delhi University spot round between 20 to 22 November. If after this round seats remain vacant then other rounds will be declared.
