Delhi University ends the undergraduate admission round 1 on 6 August 2023. Now, the DU UG admission round 2 will start on 10 August. Moreover, the seat allocation first merit list was announced on 1 August.
DU UG admission round 1 vacant seats list was released on 7 August on the official admission website i.e., admission.uod.ac.in. Therefore, candidates can visit the website to check the left seats in the concerned college or course.

As per the officials, Delhi University has filled 87℅ of its undergraduate seats in the first round. Further, Hansraj College, Dyal Singh College, and Ramjas College have the maximum number of admissions this year.
University allotted around 85,000 seats in the first merit list, out of which 73,000 students accepted the seat allocation. Moreover, this year BA (Hons), B.Com, and B.Com (Hons.) courses get the maximum number of enrollments.
Over 62,000 candidates have completed the payment process to secure their admission to DU colleges. Also, the female ratio is more than the male in terms of taking admission into DU this academic session. However, 12,733 candidates opted to freeze their admission to DU. Whereas, 40,701 students select an upgrade in their admission.
As per the DU UG admission round 1 vacant seats list released on 7 August on admission.uod.ac.in. The majority of vacant seats are at off-campus colleges. Also, Science courses seats are mostly vacant at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College. Candidates are advised to check the vacant seat list to know more.
