DU UG Admission 2022: On 12 September, the University launched the portal for UG admission. Therefore, till now over 34,000 aspirants registered on the Common Seat Allocation System or CSAS portal. Also, this year the DU admissions are going on through CUET scores.

University launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal yesterday for admission to various UG courses for the 2022-23 session. Further, as you know admission is based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), so candidates need to require the application number for registration on the new portal.

DU UG Admission 2022: Can students register offline too? 

It is important to note that CSAS forms can not be filled offline. Aspirants can fill out the form by 3 October online mode only. Moreover, the application fee for OBC and EWS is Rs 250. Whereas candidates belonging to SC, ST or PwBD have to pay Rs 100. 

According to the official, “Total 34,000 candidates have registered for admission on a CSAS portal. On the very first day of portal launch, over 24,000 aspirants registered.”  So, the students who haven’t registered yet can register within 21 days.

Csas 2022: Three Phases For Admission

The admission to desired UG course or program through CSAS will be taken in three phases. The first phase includes submission of the CSAS 2022 application, the application form was released on 12 September. In which candidates have to choose the program/course or combination of subjects and college preferences. The second phase requires a CUET score, which is only possible after the release of the exam result.
