It covers subjects like MSc, Philosophy, English, Economics, Journalism, and Biology. These admissions in post-graduation courses will be given based on the entrance test.
The National Testing Agency will be examining admission to these 54 PG courses. Merit-based and entrance based admission for post-graduation courses for the academic year 2020-21 in DU will be finished by December this year. After the completion of the procedure in December, classes for the new session will begin. The first merit list for PG admission in DU will be released this week.
Students seeking admission can apply for DU to their preferred courses based on the first merit list from 18th November to 20th November. It is uncertain whether the colleges will reopen after the admission or not. If the colleges will reopen for the first year, then the process of hostel allotment will consume a lot of time.
Delhi University’s Professor Hansraj said that Delhi Teachers Association(DTA) has expressed concern over no clarification on hostel policy being received from Delhi University. The Teachers Association has mandated the University administration to issue a circular soon in this concern to DU colleges.
