Almost all the educational institutions have reopened their colleges now. But Delhi University has not yet taken regarding DU reopening. Demands from the students to reopen the campus is rising. Delhi University is going to start online classes of first year students from November 22. On the other hand, students and stakeholders of the varsity are demanding to regulate physical classes now.
When the Delhi Disaster Management Authority will approve 100 percent seating capacity, the varsity will initiate DU reopening then only. The varsity took this decision when it released the academic circular of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

HOSTELS WLL REOPEN FIRST BEFORE COLLEGE
On the other hand, Delhi University have not yet thought about reopening the hostels as well. A major portion of students studying in Delhi University come from outside Delhi. The varsity will first take decision to reopen hostels. Then only it will think about reopening the colleges. Many students might come from the states where coronavirus cases are more as compared to other states.

Hence, DU Reopening can only commence after all such factors are taken into account. Moreover, reopening colleges for offline classes would mean that outstation students would be needing to travel to Delhi. This can also lead to risks in various forms and arrangements need to made accordingly.

As students after DU reopening, will travel from outstation to reach the varsity, they have to make proper arrangements also. So, all the factors are yet to be taken into consideration
If the varsity reopens, students of all the courses will not come to attend physical classes altogether. The colleges will reopen in hybrid mode only.
