Here is what the officials said on DU reopening:

On Wednesday, the university registrar, Vikas Gupta said that they are waiting for the Delhi government to issue something in black and white. Hence, then only they would move ahead. Also, the varsity has already resumed practical classes for PG and final year UG students since September 16. But, the attendance in DU colleges has been thin as attendance is not necessary.

Mr. Gupta also stated that DU reopening is only possible if DDMA allows 100 percent seating capacity in colleges. Thus, considering that most of the students are not from Delhi, they are not sure how to implement the 50 % occupancy criteria.
