UG Final Year: The examination branch of Delhi University has set a record of releasing 60% of the results within three weeks of the completion of the examination. This is the first time in the history of DU that so many results have been released in record time. This will make it easier for the students going for higher education. For this, the examination branch adopted a policy of encouraging teachers.
Now the results of forty percent of the UG final year courses are yet to come. Those are targeted to be released by the end of this month or by the first week of August.
Till now in Delhi University, it used to take four to five months to get the result. Due to the non-release of results, students were not able to apply for higher education. This time the examination branch had set a target to release the results on time.
For this, a different strategy was adopted. DU Examination Branch Dean Prof DS Rawat informed that three weeks open book examination of UG courses has ended. In such a situation, till now we have been released the results of the maximum percentage courses of the final year UG courses. This time, even before the release of the result, it was decided that the results would be released on time so that the students would not face any kind of problem.

For this, a separate strategy was decided. Under which, not only did the teachers plan to give certificates to encourage them, but the teachers themselves verified their database. This greatly reduced the margin of error. Prof Rawat said that 10 thousand teachers are engaged in the evaluation of answer books.
Based on the database of teachers prepared by the colleges, the answer sheets are allotted to them. There was a margin of error of thirty to forty percent in the database of the college. This time we asked the teachers to verify their data on their own, this reduced the mistake considerably. At the same time, the evaluation was also started along with the end of the examination. Adopted the policy of giving certificates to teachers as an incentive.
Teachers should check the answer sheets on time, for this, the policy of giving certificates to them was adopted as an incentive. As a result, the evaluation work was completed quickly. Now forty percent of the results that are to be declared, 90-95 percent of the work has been completed. Therefore, by the end of this month or the first week of next month, the results of all the courses will be released.
