Delhi University Proctor, Rajni Abbi has objected to the visit of Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi and former MP. On Friday, Rahul Gandhi visited the North Campus men’s hostel to interact with students at lunchtime. Due to such a visit, the DU proctor called it ‘unauthorised’.

Further, she said, “Our main concern is the unauthorised visit of Rahul Gandhi at Delhi University. This is not a public place that you can reach at any time while roaming. You reach the hostel at lunchtime, where food is prepared for only 75 people. But you come with a mob and many students complain of not getting food.”

She emphasised and said, “This is totally not right to push the students into trouble. As a result, students wrote a complaint that they didn’t get food due to a visit.”
