Delhi University is going to begin DU PG admission for postgraduate programs. The admission would be both entrance and merit-based and it would begin on 18th November, 2020.

Students who are going to take DU PG admission in Delhi University have to upload their mark sheets of their final year results on the dashboard.

Those students who have got their results have to upload their mark sheets. Rest, all other students will get admission in Delhi University provisionally.

STUDENTS HAVE TO UPLOAD THEIR MARK SHEETS ON THE DASHBOARD

DU PG admissions would be both entrance and merit-based. In an official statement, it is declared that students whose final year results are disclosed must update their marks on the dashboard. Those students who did not get their results have to wait to update their marks.

DU PG ADMISSION ON ENTRANCE BASIS

Delhi University will provisionally admit students who are seeking admission based on entrance exams irrespective of uploading their mark sheets. Students have to upload their mark sheet by November 16, 1 pm. It is the last day by which students can upload their mark sheets.

DU PG ADMISSION ON MERIT BASIS

For merit-based admission, those students who have completed their graduation from Delhi University will only get admission. Students who are seeking admission on a merit basis could upload their mark sheets from November 8.

For the merit basis admission, students have to upload their marks by November 16, 1 pm.

POINTS OF PREFERENCES FOR DU PG ADMISSION

Delhi University will grant DU PG admission to students based on preference.
Here are certain conditions of preferences:

  • Students who got higher marks in the qualifying exams.
  • Candidates who got higher marks in final year exams, in the preceding year, and so on.
  •  Students who got higher marks in Class 12 board exams.

If a student has not got the result of the qualifying exams, his or her admission will be on hold.
