In the last hearing, the Delhi University has been asked to inform the tentative date of DU OBE results by the Delhi High court.
The court was informed by Advocate Dutta that the DU OBE results will be declared in the last week of September 30, 2020. The court has asked the varsity to release the date sooner.
It has also been approved by the Delhi High Court that there are many students who were enrolled in a master’s program abroad and who will be needing their mark sheet and provisional degree by the first week of September.
The Delhi University has been directed by the Court to set up an e-mail id and a special committee. Those students who have secured admission to foreign Universities are required to send documents on that e-mail.

A letter will then be provided by the Delhi University on the behalf of students that will inform universities that results will be declared by so and so. The court and the lawyers are also closely checking with the Delhi University.
