Delhi University told the Delhi High Court that on Wednesday, the results of all postgraduate and undergraduate courses conducted through the Open Book Examination ( DU OBE) have been released.
The university, in an application before a bench of Justices Hema Kohli and Subramonium Prasad, said in response to a question by the court that the university was charged that DU had an order to announce all the results by 31 October.
Attorney Mohinder Rupal, who is portraying the University of Delhi, told that the results of all the normal pg and ug courses performed through OBE have been announced. He said that it also encompasses the results of the LLB final year and the marks will be formulated available on the official website of the University within two days.
The petitioner, representing through advocate HS Hora, asserted in the application that DU had infringed the order of October 12, where the deadline for declaration of outcomes of PG and UG courses was to be announced by 31 October.
The lawyer has requested to furnish the mark sheet of the LLB final year results. On 12 October, the High Court also authorized the university to upload the mark sheet on its website and explained that no student should be authorized to physically gather.
The application was documented in a disputed case, in which two pleas were pointed by Law student Prateek Sharma and the National Federation of the Blind, seeking to establish an effective mechanism for visually impaired and especially handicapped students so that Educational instructions can be transmitted to them in the right way and for teaching.
During the COVID-19 epidemic, other materials are provided to them through online mode for teaching.
The High Court had first asked DU and its examiners to accelerate the online open-book examination (OBE) assessment process and announce the students’ outcomes by the first week of October.

B. Com h 3rd year result abhi tak nahi aya till 03.12.2020 false said DU in High Court.
What about those students who's results are in waiting(RA)??
