DU OBE for final year students is going to begin in a few days. For the same, the varsity has released some guidelines for the students. These guidelines are valid for DU SOL and NCWEB students as well. Because of the COVID19 pandemic, the varsity decided to hold exams in open book mode.

Talking about the duration of the exam, DU OBE would follow the criteria of 3+1. Students would get 3 hours for exam writing and one hour for uploading the question paper.

TECHNICAL GLITCHES DURING DU OBE

Not all the students can avail proper internet connection. So, if students face some glitches in the internet connectivity, they can mail the sheets to the nodal officers of the college or department.

3+1 CRITERIA OF DU OBE

Students mailing the answer sheet have to attach a piece of documentary evidence to prove the connectivity glitches. An additional hour is given to submit and upload DU exams. After the additional hour, students can mail their answer sheets.

But, students have to mail within 30 minutes after the 3+1 duration of the exam. They also have to attach a piece of documentary evidence. The nodal officers would review the evidence before sending the sheets to respective teachers.

But, students must know that if they submit the answer sheets of DU exams last, there are some sort of chances of delayed declaration of results.

4+1 CRITERIA FOR PWD STUDENTS

The 3+1 criteria is for all the students other than PWD background students. Students from PWD backgrounds would get 4 hours to write the exam and one additional hour for downloading and uploading.
