DU first semester: The new academic session 2021-22 for new students in Delhi University is going to begin on Monday (November 22). Most of the DU colleges will welcome new students online. Due to the corona epidemic, students are not allowed to come to the campus right now. Most DU colleges will introduce students to the college through virtual tours and online orientation.
Some colleges are performing orientation in mixed mode (offline and online). Through these orientations, students will be notified about the college, classes, and rules of the college. Online classes will start in most colleges from Monday itself.
The first day of freshers in DU was quite memorable. But like last year, this year also new students are not allowed to come to the college. In such a situation, the enthusiasm of the first day of college will be very less.
On Monday, the Principal of Ramanujan College, Dr. SP Agrawal told, he is performing online orientation. Slots have been made for the students so that new students do not face any difficulty.
The virtual tour for DU first semester will be done using technology to give information about the college to the students. In which they will be informed about the college, library, labs, and history of the college, college societies, courses syllabus and different facilities available in the college.
Classes for Delhi University’s second semester will begin on April 7. Whereas final exams will be conducted from August 5 to August 22, 2022. The next academic session for the Undergraduate students will start on August 26, 2022.
For Postgraduate students, first semester exams will be held from March 30 to April 12, 2022. The pre-semester exam break and practical examinations will be between March 20 and March 29, 2022.
