Due to the coronavirus pandemic, various institutions and universities are facing a lot of problems in relation to the conduct of the examination. It is important to maintain social distancing due to the coronavirus outbreak and that is why it is difficult to decide the mode of examination that should be followed by the University and other institutions. The Delhi University is ready with the idea of conduct for examination for final year students. The mode of examinations for the first and second years will be decided soon. As it is clarified by the Delhi University authority and notified to all the students that the examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate final year students along with the final year students of the School of Open Learning and Non-Collegiate Women Education Board would begin on 1st  July 2020.

Extension of date for filling up the examination form:

The authority has suited that if the currents conditions would be stable, then the authority may conduct an examination pertaining to the rules and regulations of social distancing. If the future conditions may not satisfy, then the students will have to appear for an open book examination. The rules and regulations for open would book examinations would be submitted by the authority thereupon. The last date of filling up the examination form has been extended till 31.5.2020 by the Examination Branch Vide Notice dated 13.5.2020.

Payment of examination fees:

It is again said by the authority that those students who have already paid the examination fees need not pay it again. For those students who have not paid the examination fees. They can pay it on the College Portal online or physically at the college after the lockdown is lifted.

Disclosure of datasheet:

It is therefore requested by the authority to complete the checking and verification of information filled by the students in the Examination Forms for the Academic Session 2019-20 latest by 03.06.2020. As this information of examinations of final year students has been notified to everyone, it is expected that students would get their date sheet for the respective course by the end of this month. Being a part of a nationwide lockdown, it is difficult for the authority to take up examination in the respective college. In order to maintain social distancing and taking up the health of the students as well as teachers as the foremost concern, the authority has decided to conduct open book examinations. The decision for examinations of first-year and second-year students is yet to be notified by the authority.

  1. Okay 1st of all many of the students at home with parents they can’t even affordable for food yet you guys are asking for exam fee shame on you guys is life more important than exams just think if one of your family members affected with the case what would do

  2. Open book examination is not a good idea . Many teachers, students and offcourse me as a student of this university , I totally against this online examination because everybody knows that’s to difficult for those students who have limited net facilities . Many times I can’t take a proper online classes because the resion of limited net . And second think is It is not a online examination it is a fully cheating examination so that’s why i against it .
