From 7th November, delhi University will begin the DU ECA admission. Admissions would be done under the extra-curricular activity, ECA category, and sports category. The varsity has already released a tentative list of eligible students. Moreover, it has also constituted an admission grievance redressal committee. Through the committee, students can address their grievances for the ECA category.
The varsity said that it will soon release a merit list of each category and sub-category. After the redressal of grievances, the varsity would release ranks for the students.

ADMISSION WILL CONTINUE TILL NOVEMBER 14
Before the final release of the merit list, Delhi University will release a three-day grievance redressal session. Moreover, after the session, the varsity would release a list for sports category. On 7th or 8th November, DU will release a final merit list. The varsity will regulate the admission till November 14. For DU ECA admissions,
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF DU ECA ADMISSION
Delhi University will not take trials of students and regulate the entire admission process online. Before the pandemic, DU ECA admissions were in both trial and direct mode. Students who have experience in Olympiads, World cups/championships, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, South Asian, Paralympics Games, can apply for ECA admission.
DU ECA ADMISSION SELECTION PROCESS
Second category students include achievers from national, state, district, and zonal levels. Moreover, students applying for admission under the ECA category have to submit five self-attested certificates. The top three certificates would be considered for selection.
There are 14 categories under ECA and around 1000 seats.
