Delhi University(DU) has completed admission against the first cutoff. More DU cutoffs 2021 are yet to release. The second cutoff will be out on 9th October.
University has received more than 60,904 applications under the first cutoff list. In which around 17,000 candidates reserved their seats successfully. Others are in wait for approval for their applications.
Moreover, other 12000 applications are approved but did not pay the fees. Most probably around half of the available seats will fill in the first list itself. The popular courses are struggling to have over admission besides such high DU cutoffs 2021. In the second cutoff, admission may not be open for popular courses in prominent colleges.

SOME COLLEGE WISE APPLICATION STATS
Ramjas college declared cent percent cutoff for three-course in the first list. Then also college received many applications. Courses like BSc. Physics, B.Com (H), BA Honors in History, Political Science, and English Hons received most of the applications. The college has approved nearly 400 applications till now. Moreover, many applications are still pending.
DU ADMISSION 2021: CHECK THE VACANT SEATS FOR THE NEXT CUT-OFF LIST
Hindu college-approved 16000 applications and around 700 are pending under the first list. The college has a total of 956 seats and 49 in Political Science(Hons.). But 106 applicants got admission in Political Science(Hons.) besides 100% cutoff for the general category. Afterward, Miranda House approves 600 applications. The college has 1000 seats with no science courses.
Hansraj College released a 100% cut-off for B.Sc Computer Science, Then also 41 admissions in the course. The college admitted a total of 529 students under the first list.
DDUC has approved 600 admissions. The college opened B.Sc Computer Science with 100%. However, the course will be open in the second list. The college received many applications under the reserved category. So, the subsequent lists may close admission for the popular courses.
