For DU centenary year exam, around 12500 students applied for it. As per this exam, students who are final year dropouts from Delhi university can now complete their degrees.
This is a one-time opportunity for the students. Delhi University is celebrating its year-long centenary year. The celebration began on 1st May.
REGISTRATIONS FOR DU CENTENARY YEAR EXAM
DS Rawat is the Dean of Examination. He said that around 12000 students have registered for DU centenary year exam.

Today, I.e. 30th June was the last date to register for the exam. 9331 students completed their form registration and 8000 students have even paid the fees for the exam.
FINAL YEAR DROPOUT STUDENTS TO APPEAR FOR EXAM
Last month, Delhi University said that final-year dropout students will get this opportunity one time only. They can now complete their graduation by appearing for an exam in the centenary year.

Students who are eligible to appear for exams can appear for a maximum number of four papers in annual mode. However, in semester mode the limit is set for eight papers.
THEORY AND PRACTICAL EXAM IN DU CENTENARY YEAR
The varsity would hold the exams in October and March in offline mode. However, it will include both theory and practical exams. Delhi University denied internal assessments in the DU exam.
On the other hand, Yogesh Singh is the Vice-Chancellor of Delhi University. In March, he gave the idea of holding the DU exam. The special executive council approved the proposal.
