The University of Delhi extends the last date for the Centenary chance examination again. Therefore, now candidates have the time to register themselves till 14 July 2022. Earlier, the registration deadline was extended many times.

After the announcement of the extension for centenary chance exams registration. DU Dean of Exams, Diwan Rawat asserted this is the final date. Moreover, he said, University can’t further delay the process.

Purpose of centenary chance examination

The objective of centenary chance examinations is to provide another chance to former Delhi University students. In other words, those who couldn’t complete their degree have another chance to sit in exams.

Besides extension in date, the eligibility arena has also gotten bigger. So, students who have completed their studies till the penultimate semester, and mark sheet sheets for the earlier semester. But didn’t give final semesters exams are also eligible.

However, before this announcement, this exam was only for students who completed their course work. And have Essential Repeat (ER) or failed in their final semesters. 

Several students have completed their registration and also made the payment. In number, over 8000 former students have completed their registrations by 30 June. So, if eligible students didn’t register yet, can register till 14 July.
