For DU admission, DU aspirants who passed their class 12th in Humanities generally prefer to pursue BA Honors Psychology. In 2018, the total strength of the students who chose BA honors Psychology was 57,584. But, the strength of students got doubled.

Around 1,20,000 DU aspirants chose to pursue BA honors psychology from DU. 98.75 was the highest cut-off released for this course by Lady Shri Ram College. On the other hand in 2020, the college released a 100 percent cut-off for the students. This year, Delhi University has begun the admission process for undergraduate courses. The first cut-off list would generally release from 7th to 10th September.

TOTAL NUMBER OF SEATS IN DU

Delhi University has 70,000 seats in all. This year, 70,000 students scored more than 95 percent and 1.5 lakh students scored more than 90 percent marks. Evaluating the results of class 12th, everybody is assuming that DU will release a higher cut-off list this year.

DU ASPIRANTS CAN FILL THE FORM BY AUGUST 31

However, students must check last year’s cut-off list of different courses. They must go through the cut-off list of popular courses like B. Com Honours, BA Honours Economics, BA Honours Psychology, and many more. DU aspirants can fill the form of undergraduate courses till August 31. However, 1,96,000 students have filled the registration form till now.

  • Lady Shri Ram College: 100 percent
  • Gargi College: 98 percent (for applied psychology)
  • Indraprastha College for Women: 98 percent
  • Daulat Ram College: 98.5 percent
  • Jesus and Mary College: 98.5 (with 85% and above in Psychology)
  • 99.5 (without Psychology or securing less than 85% in Psychology)
  • Kamla Nehru College: 97 percent
  • Ramanujan College: 96  percent (for applied psychology)
  • Keshav Mahavidyalaya: 96 percent

So, predict the college in which you can get admission.
