Students who want to take admission for higher studies in Delhi University can now apply for admission under the extra-curricular activity or ECA quota. The window for admission under the ECA quota will start from 1 August and candidates can apply till August 31. All candidates should observe that there are 14 categories under the ECA quota.

Till a year ago, candidates who want to take admission under ECA quota have to upload just three certificates as the affirmation likewise included trials. Be that as it may, from now, the candidates will be needed to upload 5 certificates and the admission will be granted based on the best three ones.

The authentications must be of the former three years that are between May 1, 2017, and April 30, 2020. Refreshed certificates won’t be acknowledged. Whereas the deadline for the registration of merit-based admissions has been stretched out till August 31 and for the entrance-based admission, the registration will end on 31 July itself.

Candidates who have just enlisted and now wish to apply under the ECA class can do as such in the wake of paying the essential extra expense of Rs 100. Candidates may enroll for a limit of three classifications. Those scoring 20 marks or more in transferred certificates will be qualified for the final merit list of admission of confirmation based on ECA.

On Sunday, a circular issued by the university stated that the marks will be granted dependent on the total of the complete marks granted in the three best certificates transferred by the competitor. For candidates who need to alter and refresh archives, Delhi University will give an option to edit between the third week of August and the second week of September.
