New Delhi: The registration process for Jesus and Mary College has begun today. To register yourself in the Jesus and Mary College, the applicant first needs to register themselves in Delhi University. The registration number of Delhi University is required by the Jesus and Mary College for successful registration.
There are two colleges in Delhi University that have a separate admission process. These colleges are St. Stephen’s College and Jesus and Mary College. These two colleges release their separate forms to take students in. But to register in these colleges, a student must first register themselves in the Delhi University admission portal.
St. Stephen’s College was supposed to release their admission forms by the 30th of June but no notification has come from the College yet.
Jesus and Mary College is one of the leading all-women colleges in the University of Delhi. The college offers bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics, Arts and Commerce. The college also offers honors degrees in several other subjects. The college, being a minority institution, has 50 percent of its seats reserved for Catholic or other Christian students.
The registration process for the Delhi University had begun in the second last week of June. The last date to fill the form is July 4. This year the University is not taking any trials for the ECA or sports quotas. The coronavirus pandemic does not allow the University to conduct physical trials.
Students will be admitted to the sports quota based on certificates uploaded by them. The admissions to the ECA category are being done only in the categories of NSS and NCA. For this also, the students are required to upload certificates.
To aid the students in the admission procedure, the college has issued two helpline numbers which are functional between 9 am to 1 pm on all the working days of the week. The phone numbers are- 9910944595, 7011140234.
