The University of Delhi has formulated an online help desk for DU admissions 2020. The online helpdesk session is scheduled to commence from 12th October 2020. Students can submit their queries or grievances regarding undergraduate admission through the online helpdesk form available at Delhi University’s official website. The UG admissions for the academic year 2020-21 will commence online and the first cutoff list for UG DU admissions will be released before the commencement of the admission process.
Delhi University has constituted an online central admission grievance redressal committee/help desk to address students’ grievances or queries related to UG admissions. To resolve any grievance or query, students are required to download the performance of the form from http://www.du.ac.in/du/uploads/COVID-19/pdf/Query_Grievance_Form.pdf . Students can further mail the form comprising of grievances/queries in the prescribed format to undergraduate2020@admission.du.ac.in or uggrievances2020@admission.du.ac.in .
DU admissions against the first cutoff list will be commenced between 12th October and 14th October. The last date for fee submission will be 16th October and the new academic session 2020-21 will begin from 18th November.

According to officials, the cutoffs for DU admission 2020 are likely to rise as the Delhi University has witnessed a surge in applications while the number of students scoring 95% and above in 12th board exams has also risen.
The University of Delhi has specified that physical queries associated with DU admissions 2020 will not be entertained.
