DU Admission 2022 Portal: On 12 September, today the University of Delhi launched the portal for undergraduate admissions. Moreover, the press conference was held today to assist students regarding the portal launch. It was streamed on the official YouTube channel of Delhi University.
Now the aspirants can apply for DU UG admissions through the portal. So students can visit the official website admission.uod.ac.in or click here. As you all know, this year the DU is conducting the exam for UG courses or programs through CUET score. CUET score will decide the admission of students to Delhi University’s various colleges.
Most importantly, the portal is only open till 3 October. So, students have enough time to fill in their preferences through the DU UG admission portal.

DU UG Admission in three phases
Delhi University Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh said that the new portal will allow students to take admission in three phases. In the first phase, aspirants are required to submit their filled-in CSAS application form. For this, the varsity has already launched the DU admission 2022 portal. Then they have to choose their interested subject/course/program and college.
Further, in the second phase, the CUET score plays a key role, here you need a CUET score. Later, in the third and last phase, the seats will get allotted to aspirants by the merit list.
Besides, the DU VC suggested filling as many preferences as possible to increase the probability of admission. He said, “Sometimes you may have good scores but not enough preferences.”
University planning to launch courses with no age boundary
Recently, the news has come that Delhi University is planning to launch the course for all age groups. Under this scheme, people of any age can take any course of their choice. Further, VC said, “From 1 January we intend to initiate a ‘Capacity Enhancement Scheme’. According to this, Indian citizens belonging to any age group will have the opportunity to pursue any course from DU.”
