DU Admission 2022: As the Delhi University admission process is underway, over 30,000 students have secured their seats who were allotted courses in DU colleges. Whereas, over 23,000 students have chosen to upgradation of their seats after the second round.
Furthermore, till now the university has admitted a total of 61,500 candidates. The total number of undergraduate course seats at Delhi University is 70,000. During the DU CSAS second round, the university admitted 15,500 to UG courses.
DU Admission 2022: Mid-Entry Applications
The university has opened the window from 5 November to 7 November for mid-entry applications. So, the varsity has received a total of 1,008 mid-entry applications.

According to Dean of Admission Haneet Gandhi statement, “After the DU second allocation round, 23,139 candidates have been chosen for up-gradation. While 30,662 candidates have lost their seats for UG courses in college. Furthermore, we have received 1,008 mid-entry applications through the window opened for fresh entries from 5 to 7 November.
Besides, the DU admission 2022 has seen a drastic change in its procedure this year. The admission process for undergraduate programs started on 12 September. It includes three phases, the first phase- applying to Delhi University. The second phase- filling out course/program and college preferences. And, final phase or third phase includes the seat allotment which is going on at present.
