As all the aspirants know, the DU Admission 2022 for UG courses is underway. But in between many students are receiving fake emails and notifications. So, Delhi University warned students and guardians about this kind of fake information through emails.

Further, the DU has given the deadline of 10 October to fill in their preference of courses/programs and colleges on the admission portal. It is important to note that the university will only consider normalised scores. So it will not take percentile scores for UG admission of seeking students.

Advise on Fake Emails/ Notices

After observing the cases of circulation of fake notices regarding the DU admission 2022 for UG courses or programs. The varsity official notice stated, “It has been perceived that some certain fake or misleading messages and information are circulating among DU aspirants for the 2022-23 academic session.”

The official notification further added, “All concerned (students and parents) are advised to be alert and not to trust such fake messages. Trust only email announced from official websites of Delhi university i.e., admission.uod.ac.in. “

Therefore, the students are advised to regularly check only on the official website if they want to be updated regarding the present admission process. The true and real information is only published on the official website or social media platforms of the University of Delhi.
