The Admission branch of Delhi University will hold its 5th webinar on 9th October 2020. UG merit-based admissions will be the agenda of this webinar. DU Admission 2020 will begin in full swing from 10th October 2020. To ensure a seamless admission season several steps are taken. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the whole admission procedure has been made virtual. It is a new concept for both the students and the colleges. Therefore, questions regarding the admission procedures are justified.
The webinar is to be conducted on 9th October 2020 at 3 p.m. sharp. Undergraduate Merit-Based admissions will be the topic of focus in this 5th webinar. Experts from Admission Branch, Delhi University(DU) will assist the students in the webinar. All the students can access this webinar and seek help. 4 webinars have been organized across the months of July and August. Ph.D. admissions, reservation criteria, etc have been the topic of discussion in these webinars.

DU open house is also conducted via an online mode. Open House is a customary event organized in DU a few days before the admission procedure starts. They usually occur multiple times during the registration time. However, considering the situations this year, only one virtual open house was organized and several other webinars. Hence, all the applicants can participate and get their problems solved. Hence, webinars are a result of this pandemic life and are the best possible alternative for the physical open house.
