The Admission Committee of Delhi University(DU) initiated 2 forms for admission related problems. Hence, a new platform to reach out to the students and solve their queries is formulated. Two query forms are formulated, i.e. Form A and Form B. Form A deals with the admission-related queries if any student has one. The 2nd form deals with all the problems, and grievances that might have emerged during the admission.
DU has kick-started its admission procedure on 12th October 2020. For academic session 2020-21, an online mode of admission is adopted. However, the coronavirus pandemic is held responsible for such a transition, and this new mode of admission. Hence, the applicants have several questions in their mind regarding this new admission method.
The admission committee arranged several webinars in the past to unravel student’s problems. Helplines for phonic conversation is also issued and made available on the DU portal. Hence, the committee is adopting all possible methods to help aspiring students. However, aspirants are yet facing issues and are stuck at certain stages of online admission. Hence, the commission started with this grievance form.

Admission committee’s Form A :
Form A deals with all the queries related to the new admission procedure. The whole process is entirely different this year due to the pandemic. Hence, it is likely that students will come up with questions and inquire about it. Therefore, the form is made available to provide information to the candidates.

Admission Committee’s Form B:
Form B deals with all the problems that may arise during the procedure of admission. Hence, students can clear their doubts if they are stuck at any stage of admission. The portal is not very competent and the online mode is new. Hence, it is likely for students to get stuck. Therefore, this form is made available to take out the candidates from their problems, so that they undergo a smooth admission procedure.
