So get yourself enrolled in Delhi University Entrance Test(DUET) conducted by NTA authority.
From the year 2019, NTA executes entrance tests for various courses offered by DU. The department has already begun with its registration process for the session 2020-2021. Although most of the undergraduate admissions are done on a merit basis, some special courses have an entrance test method.
The admission registration is the same as done in a merit-based option. Candidates need to apply on or before the 4th of July on the website of du.ac.in or nta.ac.in.
The university portal commenced on the 20th of this month for the registration process. As of now, more than 1.8 lakh students have already enrolled for admission and the experts say, the estimation would rose more than the previous year.

If you are enrolling for DUET, the fee is 750 for general and 350 for reserved section students. For merit-based courses Rs. 350 to be paid by the General category and Rs.100 for reserved quota applicants.
The written entrance test, of two hours length, will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs) (four choices each) formulated to analyze the aptitude of the applicants through areas as pertinent to each subject. There will be 100 problems. Each accurate answer will get a score of plus 4 marks, each false answer will get a score of minus 1 mark. For admission to Music lessons, the entrance test will be of a practical aspect where students will have to record and send tapes of them singing. The syllabus for every exam will be distinct, based on the course and can be obtained through the respective department’s website.
Information pertaining to Entrance Examinations
• Applicants must attend the Admissions Portal for all information and updates regarding Entrance test centers and production of Admit Card.
• All applicants must carry a print out of the Admit Card, when made accessible, and hold it with them when reporting to the Entrance Test Centre. The quality of the Admit Card should be of print excellence acceptable for confirmation.
• The applicant shall also carry an identity card carrying the applicant’s photograph for verification.
• The University is not accountable in case a candidate has opted for more than one course for which admission is based on entrance tests and there is a collision of date/time in the entrance test calendar.
