Delhi University will begin the DU admission procedure for the academic session 2020-21 tomorrow. The varsity has already declared the first cut-off list of both the science and commerce courses.
The first cut-off ended up to be higher than last year for some colleges of Delhi University. Lady Shri Ram College released a 100 percent cut-off for admission of the students and Shri Ram College of Commerce will begin its admission process tomorrow with 99.50 percent.
Every student who is going to be a part of Delhi University should know about the migration process in DU admission criteria. If a student is going to be the part of varsity, he/she can migrate from one college to another in the upcoming cut-offs.
Students are supposed to get admission into one college only per cut-off. If, in the next cut-off he/she is eligible for some other college, he/she can migrate to that college. The fees paid would be adjusted during the admission process of the next college. But, students have to cancel their admission from one college. Then only then can apply for some other college of Delhi University.
There are chances that if students score good marks in their semester exams, then also they can migrate to some other college. But, this decision lies with the respective college.
Not all colleges of Delhi University gives this opportunity to the students. Moreover, students should have a valid reason why they want to migrate to some other college. Students will get migration based on their marks scored in the semester exams.
