DU 3rd cutoff list: According to the second cutoff list released by Delhi University, candidates can apply to the respective colleges by Wednesday. While many students withdraw their applications in colleges of all campuses.
DU’s 3rd cutoff list is likely to be closed for many colleges. As per the official, more than 13 thousand seats have been enrolled under the second list till Wednesday.
RK Dwivedi of Aryabhatta College said that BSc (H) computer science, BA (H) English, BA(H) History, BA (H) economics, and BSc (H) mathematics were possible to close for the third list as admissions had already completed the seat strength. On Wednesday, the college obtained over 120 applications across courses.
The third list of BA (H) Political Science in Gargi College is likely to be closed, said Principal Promila Kumar. There is still some time left for the students to pay the fees and complete the process. Of the total 880 applications, around 400 have been approved. However, BA (H) Economics may reopen in the third list, said Kumar.

Ramjas College, whose cutoff is 100% for BA (H) political science course in the second list as well. However, all seats were taken in the unreserved category. Principal Manoj Khanna said We saw through 100 withdrawals in total and 550 admissions have taken place, encompassing both the lists.
Apart from BA (H) political science, most other courses are uniformly allocated as of now. We have also received a lot of applications for BSc (H) Botany and BSc (H) zoology.
Principal Gyantosh Jha said that BA (H) Economics in Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College is likely to be closed for the third list.
As of 5 pm on Wednesday, 913 admissions have been done in our college. Out of the total, 213 are on the second list and the process of payment has also been completed. Many others are still in the process, Jha said. This year around 70,000 seats have been offered in the university.
