The DSEU new certificate courses have their own admission process. The application fee for diploma courses is Rs 200. The admission fee is Rs 2,000 for certificate courses and Rs 1,500 for diploma courses.
The first seat allotment list will be released on June 23, 2025. Candidates selected in the first round must complete their admission process by June 26. This includes fee payment and document verification. Document checks will happen physically at select campuses.
Classes for the DSEU new certificate courses are expected to start in July 2025.

DSEU supports inclusive education. 60% of total seats are reserved for students who studied in Delhi until Class 10 or 12. This reservation helps local students get more chances.
