Delhi University will adopt 65-35 formula for Entrance Based Courses

This time delhi university is all set to  adopt a new formula of 65:35 ratio of entrance and class 12 marks respectively. This is for getting admission into Bachelor of management studies(bms),Bachelor of business administration(financial investment) and BA(H) business economics from this new academic session 2017-2018.

Moreover this year the officials are also planning to start with group discussions and interview process which are a part of admission to all the professional courses.

The course BMS was being held in six colleges but this time, the course will also be offered in Shahid Rajguru College Of Applied Sciences For Women from the new academic session while BE is offered in 10 colleges,BBA(FIA) is being run in only one college.

Earlier, it was 50-50 weightage was given to the entrance test and class 12 marks each for admission to BE.  Whereas on the other hand getting into BMS and BBA,50% weightage was given to entrance,30% to GD and the remaining 20% to personal interview.

Besides B TECH,BA Humanities and Social Sciences,Bachelor of Elementary  Education,Bachelor in multimedia and mass communication and Bachelor of science in physical education every year DU conducts a joint admission test to these professional courses.
