On February 26, Delhi University will conduct its 98th convocation ceremony. However, the varsity has not yet clarified whether it will hold the convocation in onliñe or offline mode.

On the other hand, the national capital is observing a spike in the coronavirus cases. According to the present condition in the state, the varsity might hold the convocation ceremony in virtual mode only.

NLU BEGINS THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR AILET 2022

DELHI UNIVERSITY IS THE FIRST INSTITUTION TO GRANT DIGITAL DEGREES

Last year, the varsity held its 97th convocation ceremony. At that time, it became the first institution in India to grant digital degrees to students.

So, the varsity awarded digital degrees to around 1,78,719 students. Later, IIT Kanpur also launched its digital degrees. So, on 26th February 2022, the varsity will hold its 98th convocation ceremony. The ceremony will begin from 10 am onwards.

DELHI UNIVERSITY TO COMPLETE 100 YEARS IN MAY

On the other hand, the varsity would complete its 100 years with a fund of Rs.10 crore in May. So, students must follow the official website of Delhi University to get the latest updates of the convocation ceremony.

As of now, the varsity will hold the convocation ceremony at the Multipurpose Hall of the varsity’s Sports Stadium Complex.
