So, he explained that if a students take admission in the first cut-off, she can’t take admission in the upcoming cut-off lists. However, if the college cancels her admission, she can apply to the next cut-off list. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO GET ADMISSION INTO NCWEB

However, if the documents are inaccurate or incomplete, the board would straight away cancel the admission and give the marks on the column. On the other hand, only Delhi Girls can apply for admission into NCWEB. However, she must have her 12^th class and the address must be of Delhi. On the other hand, students must have their Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter iCard, Passport, or Ration Card.
