Delhi university Humanities, English, and Economics cutoffs are expected to show an upward trend this year. As the registration process lasts, students are in anticipation of cutoffs.
Students across the country apply for Delhi University admission. This year almost 2.87 lakh students completed their registration. University holds around 70,000 seats at the undergraduate level.
This year every courses cutoff will mark 0.25% to 2% more than last year. However, B.A. Honors in Political Science, English, Philosophy, Psychology, Economics, and B.sc Mathematics. These courses cutoffs are likely to open with the unrivaled mark of 100% for some colleges in North and South campuses.

ST. STEPHEN`S CUTOFFS OUTLINES DELHI UNIVERSITY CUTOFFS
St. Stephen`s released its cutoffs on Thursday. The highest cutoff was for B.A(Hons.) Economics 99.5%, followed by 99% for History(Hons.), English(Hons.), and B.A Programme.
St. Stephen`s other courses cutoffs had also raised by 0.25% to 1.5% than last year. The college has released the raised cutoff to avoid over-admission. Delhi University’s other colleges will also do the same to avoid more admission.
Experts say that St, Stephen`s cutoffs had outlined the DU cutoffs trend to a much extent. As we can see that Humanities, English, Economics cutoffs are on the high side this year.

WHY CUTOFFS WILL RAISE
As this year more than 90% scorers in 12th have raised in every board. Delhi University is being most preferred institute for higher studies among students.
DU had limited seats and there is a high number of applicants. All these will impact the cutoffs. Moreover, Delhi University has not first come first serve policy in admission. Hence, to avoid more admission cutoffs will raise.
