The Central Placement Cell of Delhi University is conducting a webinar on Changing Paradigm in Education on 31st July 2020 at 4:00 pm.
COVID-19 has spread globally and is putting a major effect on the educational sector. All the schools, colleges, and educational institutions are closed since the month of March. Even if the educational institutions are closed, education must go on. Therefore, all the educational institutions started providing online lectures to the students. Even a primary class student is studying online this year. Students of class 10th and 12th could not be able to appear for some of their board exams. As the conditions were getting worse and considering student’s health as the foremost matter of concern, their remaining exams were canceled.

NEW PHASE OF EDUCATION WITH NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS
Education has entered into a new phase where everybody is learning something new each day. Teachers started taking online lectures on some specific platforms like zoom and google meet. Even a primary class student is now getting habitual of studying online. In colleges, first and second-year students are promoted on the basis of their previous results. Third-year students have still not appeared for their final semester exams. Teachers are teaching online and projects and assignments are also submitted through technological means.

Owing to the drastic changes in education, the Central Placement Cell of Delhi University is presenting a webinar on CHANGING PARADIGM IN EDUCATION. The takeaway of the webinar is whether the impact of COVID-19 is long-lasting or seasonal. There are many decisions taken by the administration regarding the education structure. So, will these decisions put a long-lasting effect or everything would be sorted once things get normal?
WHO ARE THE SPEAKERS OF THE WEBINAR
To elucidate the core concepts of the education structure and its effects, the webinar would be taken up by Shri Shakti Sinha, the Key Note Speaker. Shri Shakti Sinha is the honored director at the Delhi University. The other speakers overtaking the webinar are Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal, Dr. Sanjay Kumar and Aditya Malik. Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal is the Professor and Dean of Flame University, Dr. Sanjay Kumar is the India Company Director at Harvard University and Aditya Malik is the MD and CEO of TalentEdge Ltd.
