Delhi University has started the admissions process based on the first cut-off from today. This year the admission process will be completely online. Like last year, Delhi University has asked aspirants not to come to the campus.

The university had earlier announced the cut-off on October 1. Now the admission process will begin from today which will proceed till 6th October.

Delhi University admissions board chairman Professor Rajeev Gupta has suggested aspirants not to apply in the first hour of the admission procedure and the last hours after the process is over as these are the hours during which the portal sees maximum inrush.

They further added, they have given sufficient time to the students to apply and pay the fees. So they should fill careful and do not rush. Students should examine the status before revoking the admission.

Seats are limited and the cutoff is very high. So if they get admission to any college then they should not withdraw.

For admission to about 70,000 seats, the cutoff for 10 courses in eight colleges is 100%. DU has given guidelines for those applying for selection on Monday.
