Delhi University has planned to welcome new DU courses for the students. Taking the New Educational Policy into consideration, the varsity will launch new courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Hansraj College is going to increase its seats in BA Programme course from 50 to 80. Moreover, it will add new DU courses with 30 seats each in BA Honors Music and BA Honors Journalism and Mass Communication.

Zakir Husain College in its evening shift will also increase seats from 15 to 40. Around 69 thousand seats are available at DU. The varsity is going to increase around 600 seats by offering new DU courses to the students.
NEW COURSES IN DAYAL SINGH, JANAKI DEVI, AND BHARATI COLLEGE
On the other hand, Dayal Singh College in its evening shift, Janaki Devi Memorial College, and Bharati College are also adding B.Sc. computer science in the line of other courses. Ramanujan College will offer B.Sc. in Operational Research.

DU COURSES IN DESHBANDHU COLLEGE AND ADITI MAHAVIDYALAYA
On the other hand, Deshbandhu College and Aditi Mahavidyalaya are also going to increase the seats by 40. Vivekananda College will offer 12 seats through DU course MA English and PGDAV college will offer 40 and 16 seats in BA English and MA Hindi respectively.
Moreover, the standing committee of Delhi University has already approved new DU courses. They are just waiting for the response of the executive council. The varsity will implement NEP 2020 from the upcoming academic session.
