A Delhi couple misbehaved with the Police staff at Darya Ganj after they were stopped by police for not wearing face masks. The couple behaved badly with police, as they were seen shouting, scolding the police asking with what authority police personnel had stopped them. The two gave unusual reasons for not wearing the mask.
A purported video of the occurrence was circulated on social media platforms. The couple could be seen behaving badly with police staff when they were inquired about the reason for not wearing masks. As per the police report, the Delhi couple didn’t have a curfew pass and were not wearing the face mask. During the argument, the woman said he is her husband, if she wants she will kiss him.
Police have recorded a case against Abha and his husband Pankaj, residents of Patel Nagar in central Delhi. The national capital of India has been witnessing a massive rise in coronavirus cases in the past few days. Police officers mentioned that the incident took place around 4:30 pm.
The couple, traveling in a car, behaved badly with the policemen when they were stopped and asked the reason for not wearing the mask. The woman misbehaved with the police staff and said they would not pay the fine and initiated arguing with them.
Police officials mentioned that they were brought to Darya Ganj police station and arrested the man.
