DEAN STUDENTS’ WELFARE OFFICE, University Of Delhi is organizing an international webinar on mental health challenges during COVID-19.

It is notable that lockdown and the spread of COVID-19 has affected students’ mental health adversely and hampered studies might lead them to a situation of depression.

An assessment of 45 students was conducted which unveiled that the majority of students are suffering from issues like anxiety disorder, restlessness, and a sense of hopelessness about their future.

The speaker for this webinar is Dr. Anil Singhal who is a senior neurologist in Oklahoma, USA. the other speaker is Dr. Achala Singhal and she is a senior Cardiologist in Oklahoma, USA.

The Co-ordinators for the webinar will be Dr. Hena Singh and Dr. Somorendro Singh.

This webinar is being organized by the Dean Students’ Welfare Office in order to help and guide students to fight away any sort of anxiety, depression and mental health-related issues that have originated due to lockdown and COVID-19.
It is expected that students will attend this webinar and it will be helpful to them.
