DADS PORTAL BY CBSE TO PROVIDE DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS

The Central Board of Second Education (CBSE) has launched a new Duplicate Academic Document System, i.e. the DADS Portal. Thus, this portal will enable students to get duplicate copies of all their academic documents. It includes mark sheets, certificates, and more. The DADS portal can be helpful for students as some have either lost their academic documents or mutilated them.

To apply for the DADS system, students require to log into the official CBSE website – cbse.nic.in. They can further apply on the link for the procedure and other options.

Benefits and working of DADS Portal:

Students can easily avail the benefits of this new technology by simply applying. Thus, after the regional offices receive applications, the designated academic document will be dispatched through speed post. Also, a tracking system is integrated through which the applying students can track the status of the application. The DADS portal is also beneficial as students have an option to get both a digital copy or a printed copy of academic documents. Hence, they can choose as required.

Previously, students had to physically approach the concerned Regional Office to get a duplicate copy of documents. Thus, it was a tedious process of filling an application form and deposit the required fees in banks. But, now it is easy and also an online process.

EDUCATION MINISTER NISHANK WILL COME LIVE TOMORROW TO CLEAR CBSE BOARD EXAM DOUBTS

Owing to the prevailing times of crisis, a safe, quick, and viable solution were necessary. Thus, the IT department did a splendid job in creating the DADS portal. Hence, the portal will minimize social contact, time, energy, and travel.

Application Fee at DADS Portal:

  • For document before the year 2017: Rs. 100
  • Upto 5 years: Rs. 250
  • For more than 5 to 10 years: Rs. 500
