Covid vaccination: As the country is having Covid vaccinations throughout the map. Vaccination is a must for us to remain safe. The government has come with many initiatives about vaccination.
Regarding the same Union Minister for health has informed through Twitter. Minister Mansukh Mandaviya informed about the steps for booking the vaccination appointment via Whatsapp. After other applications, we can now get appointments through Whatsapp also.
STEPS FOR APPOINTMENT VIA WHATSAPP
- The user has to send a message `Book Slot`to MyGovIndia corona helpdesk on Whatsapp.
- The contact to send a message is +91 9013151515 through Whatsapp.
- After that user will get an OTP for verification of the phone number.
- Then after we need to choose the preferred date, PIN code, type of vaccination.
- At last, we will get a confirmation for the Covid vaccination appointment.
WHATSAPP AND MINISTRY ON NEW INITIATIVE
The Union Minister of Health said in his tweet “Paving a new era of citizen convenience”. He followed his words by including steps for the appointment.

The Whatsapp CEO Will Cathcart said WhatsApp has partnered with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). This will enable people to book their Covid vaccination slots and can also get Covid vaccination certificates on Whatsapp only.
