Covid surge is witnessed in the national capital, Delhi all over again. It is considered as the 3rd wave of coronavirus which is observed. Hence, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be meeting Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the possible solutions and addition of more ICU beds in hospitals.
Chief Minister Kejriwal and Home Minister Amit Shah have already met a few times last month. Hence, they did talk over the topic of the covid-19 surge and the necessary measures to suppress it. Therefore, they are likely to meet again this week to evaluate the issue of the covid -19 surge as per sources.

Status of the Covid Surge in Delhi:
Delhi had been inundated with Covid-19 patients. Hence, in the 3rd covid wave the cases went up to 4.82 lakh. The AAP government led by Kejriwal declared about this 3rd wave last month. Hence, awareness was spread amongst the citizens beforehand. However, on Diwali eve i.e. 14th November, 7,300 new covid cases, and 96 deaths were marked. Delhi now has about 44,456 active cases in various hospitals.
ARVIND KEJRIWAL SAYS IT IS THE THIRD WAVE OF COVID-19 CASES IN DELHI
The 3rd wave of coronavirus is causing so many active patients and also many deaths. Therefore, Hospitals are running short of care beds and ICUs. Even the normal hospital beds are not vacant posing immense problems to patients.
CM Kejriwal on the Covid Surge:
CM, Arvind Kejriwal assured his citizens that this Covid Surge will suppress within 10 days. “Delhi is observing rising cases due to an increase in pollution.” Hence, he holds the rising pollution responsible for the increased Covid-19 cases. Stubble burning and Diwali emissions have served as the cause of pollution in North India for the past 10 years. Hence, the contaminated air is serving as a catalyst for coronavirus.

Hence, Kejriwal is going to talk with home minster Amit Shah for remedies against the covid surge. Delhi will implant new ICU beds, care beds, and normal beds.
