The Delhi University students have written to the Chief Ministers of flood-affected states, demanding the cancellation of online exams. The students have requested the intervention of the Chief Ministers in this matter and especially in the light of the difficulties faced by the students who live in such states.

Pallavi Raj, a student of Gaya in Bihar wrote to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar that there are many students who are in a difficult economic situation because of the pandemic. She also said that there are students who live in rural areas without any access to laptops, smartphones, or the Internet.

She also wrote that keeping this aside, there are severe floods in many parts of the State which means that it will become impossible for many students to write exams. But the Delhi University is unwilling to pay any heed.
