In the coronavirus pandemic, petitions running over the cancelation of class 12th Board Exams 2021. In the Supreme Court, Public Interest Litigation is filed against canceling CBSE Board 2021.

Tony Joseph is a teacher in Kerala who filed the PIL in the Supreme Court. He said that it would be unfair to the students if the CBSE board would cancel Class 12th Board Exams.

Joseph, the petitioner said that it is unfair to declare results based on internal assessment. This is so because any teacher has hardly seen the students physically in the academic year.
