After the name of Rapper Badshah came out in fake viewers scam, the social media was flooded with the controversies carrying hatred for the celebrity. Recently the rapper was investigated for three consecutive days by the Mumbai crime branch after which the news of buying fake viewers got viral. As per the reports, the rapper Badshah was accused of buying 7.2 crore views for Rs 72 lakh for his music video ‘Pagal Hai’.
The rap king Badshah got trending on Twitter in the last few hours but not in a good way. The internet was flooded with memes after the Bollywood sensation Badshah was grilled by the crime investigation cell into an alleged scam selling fake followers and views.
Badshah in response to all the criticism coming up on the internet uploaded a video on his social media account. In the 7 minutes long video Badshah accepted the fact that he paid Rs 72 lakhs. However, he explained that he did not commit any crime or did not perform any wrongdoing.
The money was paid for Google Adwords to promote his launched music video. He refuted the claim of buying bot/fake views. He clarified that bot views are computer generated views and do not stay for a long duration. He added that YouTube has become so advanced that it can easily identify the bot views generated on a video clip. Also, YouTube itself eliminates and erases the views or likes generated via illegal practices.

RAPPER BADSHAH ACCUSED OF BUYING FAKE YOUTUBE VIEWS
Badshah in his video contended that he earned those views through google Adword which cannot be termed as illegal. He explained the strategy they used to promote the music video which in turn helped them earn millions of views. They invested a huge amount to promote the music video which resulted in the speedy promotion and got them millions of views.
Later he expressed his sorrow after receiving hatred and criticism on social media platforms due to fake viewers’ allegation. Singer and rapper Badshah was upset after seeing extreme negativity developed for him after the wrong allegations were busted on him.
Badshah asserted that the views they earned on the music video are a result of the hard work and money they spent on the promotion. He repeatedly proclaimed that the millions of views on the video are because they promoted it globally. The truth regarding whether Badshah purchased bot viewers or not can only be determined after the investigation gets over.
