Earlier, the final year examination for B. Tech and other courses at AKTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University) was supposed to begin from September 2. But now this date has been postponed to September 8 because of a number of reasons given by the administration of the university.

The updated examinations schedule can be checked by students on the official website of the University. The Controller of Examinations, Prof. Rajiv Kumar, said that technical errors are one of the reasons why the examination schedule has been postponed. The examination which is set to begin September 8 will conclude by September 17.

There will be around 45,000 students of AKTU appearing in this examination across 200 exam centers. Prof. Kumar also said that on Monday, the students will be notified about the exam center allotments. These allotments will be subject to alteration and revision in case any issue arises between the centers and AKTU.
